Dashville Skyline, the Hunter Valley’s Cosmic Country Weekender returns for its 3rd year on the Oct long weekend featuring a wonderful smorgasbord of Americana, alt-country, folk, bluegrass and psychedelia. Ramblin’ Nights are very excited to showcase two of the international acts here at The Leadbelly to give you a taste of all things Nashville.

THE ROAMIN’ JASMINE embody everything that we love about New Orleans. They're a melting pot of old school big band influences (think Cab Calloway) and country blues (think Leadbelly or Son House) and they play with the inimitable swagger that can only come from starting on the streets of one of the greatest music towns on earth. They take a little piece of the town with them everywhere they go.Now world travellers, the Roamin’ Jasmine make their Australian debut in September 2017, promoting their brand new record 'Live at Horace's Bar’.

TIM EASTON’s second visit to Australia will bring tales of many years on the road and what he’s learned along the way. We get the benefit of some of that hard-won knowledge from his 11th album ‘ American Fork’ which he will be promoting on this trip. Tim spent 7 years as a bonefide troubadour on the streets of Europe. His songs tell the stories of his life and traveling & those he has met along the way.  They have also earned him support slot tour invitations from Lucinda Williams (who also sings on one of his albums), John Hiatt & Steve Earle.  Rolling Stone Magazine praised him as “having a novelist’s sense of humanity “ With his battered black Gibson and harmonica around his neck his live shows will start by drawing out your inner ‘Woody Guthrie’ & by the end he will have you moving like you’re at an Elmore James
